cost is based on time with the physiotherapist and are set for payment at the time of service. our rates are 89 for half hour appointments and 124 hour appointments. we also offer package deals. click here for more information. click here for information on what appointment type is best to schedule for your needs.
initial paperwork
for your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. we have four pieces of paperwork for you to complete before we can treat you for your first session.
what to bring for your appointment
if you have imaging discs, imaging reports, medical notes, or specific rehabilitation protocols, please bring those with you during your appointment. any and all information you have regarding your injury will help us treat you more effectively.
please come prepared with loose-fitted clothing, shorts, sport tops, or appropriate attire to access and treat your body. you can change into clothing either in the restroom or in your treatment room. please bring any and all insoles, shoes, and equipment/devices that you use with you.

why we are considered out-of-network and what that means for our patients
at red hammer rehab we are dedicated to giving our patients the best possible service and treatment around. in the current era of insurance driven physical therapy, we know we can give our patients the best treatment by not being beholden to an insurance-driven standard of care. red hammer is all about aggressive treatment to get you back where you want to be quickly. instead of seeing a therapist twice a week for months on end, we try to get patients fixed in just a few focused sessions which saves you both money and time in the long run.
we are considered out-of-network which means that we give you all of the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company. a check is then sent directly to you the patient. we also accept health savings account (hsa) cards and can also give payment documentation if you have a high deductible plan so that you can add it to your out-of-pocket total.
we have to-date worked with many insurance companies after you submit your "superbill" to them. please check what your out-of-network coverage is with your insurance company. unfortunately we are not a medicaid provider.

- you pay your bill at Red Hammer and we give you an itemized "superbill".
- you keep one copy for your records and submit the other to your insurance company for reimbursement.
- your insurance company will either reimburse you directly a certain percentage of your bill or...
- your insurance company will forward us paperwork via mail or email to accept and fill out for you. your insurance company will then reimburse you that accepted percentage.
